Peats Bite

Overview

Peats Bite is a unique water access only property an hour north of Sydney situated at Sunny Corner on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. The venue is well suited for weddings with a spectacular river outlook, tropical gardens and lawns to the waters edge. Peats Bite’s indoor/outdoor design has seating capacity of 150 persons and views from all aspects of the restaurant. The property also has six self contained water front holiday units and a swimming pool.

Additional accommodation is available around the river for those who want to make a weekend of the celebrations, alternatively houseboats can drop anchor out front of Peats Bite.

Although Peats Bite is remote there are plenty of local ferry companies who can transport large groups. Bridal Party can arrive spectacularly either by seaplane or classic timber boat.

Guests will enjoy canapés and drinks on the lawn followed by either a three or four course sit down meal. Our menu which is seasonally changed can best be described as a series of tastes. Wedding packages start at $120 p/p (meal only).

With nearly 30 years of experience behind us we have been able to create a venue which offers quality food and wine, competent friendly staff and picturesque surrounds. All couple are allocated a coordinator to help design their perfect day.
